How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Egypt takes 2–5 business days, express 1–2 days. International orders depend on the destination — typically 5–12 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over EGP 1,500. Below that, a flat EGP 50 fee applies.
How do I return or exchange an item?
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange, no questions asked, if the item meets the return conditions. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange pickup. See our return policy for full details.
How do I choose my size?
Check our size guide — there is a guide for every cut, with measurements in centimetres. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Meeza cards, digital wallets (Vodafone Cash, Orange Money, Fawry and more), and installments through ValU, Tabby and Sympl.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Prices are shown in EGP, EUR or USD depending on your country.
What cotton do you use?
Our garments are cut from long-staple Egyptian cotton and garment-dyed as finished pieces, so colour and hand feel stay even wash after wash.
