Returns & exchanges
This draft sets out your rights to return or exchange products, in line with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. It is a placeholder draft and will be finalised with legal counsel.
1. Return window
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked, if it meets the conditions below. Defective or incorrect items are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
2. Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use may not be accepted.
3. How to return
Contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will arrange a courier pickup and confirm the next steps by email.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Request an exchange and we will send the replacement once the returned item is received.
6. Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks and other intimate garments cannot be returned unless they are defective or arrive sealed and unused.
