Seller FAQ
Practical answers for people who want to sell on Tuble Maron. Legal detail lives in the seller terms, privacy, restricted-products and intellectual-property pages.
Who can open a seller account?
Adults in Egypt: individuals with a national ID, or companies with a commercial register and tax card. Registration is not open for other countries yet.
What documents do you need?
At sign-up we take the legal identifiers. After you sign in you upload scans of the national ID, tax card, commercial register (companies), and a recent bank statement or utility bill as address proof.
When can I list products?
After we review the account. Review can take several working days. You will not appear in the public store list until the account is approved.
How do I get paid?
Payouts go to the Egyptian IBAN on your profile, after the return window and any chargebacks. The dashboard will show the current referral fee before you list.
Are there fees?
Yes — a referral fee on each sale, and any extra fulfilment you choose. Exact rates will be published in the seller dashboard. There is no charge just to create an account.
Who handles returns?
Customers use the shop return policy. If the item came from your store, you must accept eligible returns and we settle the amount on your next payout.
What must I not sell?
Illegal, unsafe, counterfeit or expired goods, and anything on the restricted-products page. When unsure, ask the marketplace team before you list.
How do I close the store?
Finish open orders, then write to the marketplace team from the email on the account. We keep tax and identity records for as long as Egyptian law requires.
