Tuble Maron

Seller terms

These draft terms govern selling on the Tuble Maron marketplace. They will be finalised with legal counsel. By creating a seller account you agree to them, together with the restricted-products and intellectual-property rules.

1. Who we are

Tuble Maron is an Egyptian company based in Ismailia. The marketplace lets approved sellers list products next to our first-party catalogue. Seller registration is currently open for Egypt only.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate identity, tax and bank details. Individuals sell under a national ID; companies must match the commercial register and tax card. One selling account per person or company unless we agree otherwise. Keep your login secure — you are responsible for activity on the account.

3. Listings

List only products you may legally sell. Titles, photos, prices, stock and sector must be true. You may not copy another seller’s content or use our name in a way that suggests we made or endorse the goods, unless they are official Tuble Maron stock.

4. Orders, delivery and returns

When a customer buys from your store you must fulfil the order on time, pack it safely, and honour the shop return window for eligible items. Defective or incorrect goods are your responsibility. Customer-facing messages stay on the platform so we can help if something goes wrong.

5. Fees and payouts

Referral fees and any fulfilment charges will be shown in the seller dashboard before you list. Payouts go to the Egyptian IBAN you register, after returns and chargebacks. We may hold funds while we review a dispute or a suspected policy breach.

6. Conduct

Act fairly. Do not manipulate reviews, ratings or search. Do not take the sale off the marketplace to avoid fees. Do not abuse other sellers or customers. We may remove listings or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

7. Suspension and ending the account

We may pause or close a seller account for false information, illegal or restricted goods, unpaid amounts, or repeated customer harm. You may ask to close the account after open orders are finished. We keep records as required by Egyptian law.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Courts in Ismailia have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights. Questions: write to our head office on El Talatiny Street, Ismailia, and mark the letter for the marketplace team.
