Tuble Maron

Intellectual property

This draft sets out how Tuble Maron treats brands, copyright and listing content on the marketplace. It will be finalised with legal counsel.

1. Your promise

By listing a product you confirm that you own the goods and the text and photos, or that you have a licence to use them. You will not upload another seller’s images or a brand’s catalogue shots without permission.

2. How we use your materials

You grant Tuble Maron a non-exclusive right to show your store name, photos and descriptions on the shop, in search, and in order emails, and to resize images so they fit the page. We will not sell your photos as a stock library.

3. Reporting a listing

If you own a trade mark or copyright and believe a listing infringes it, write to our Ismailia head office with: your contact details, the right you own, the product URL, and why it infringes. We may ask for a registration certificate.

4. What we do next

We may hide the listing while we review the report. We will not decide ownership disputes between two businesses; a court or the relevant Egyptian office does that. False reports can lead to limits on the reporting account.

5. Our name and first-party goods

You may not use the Tuble Maron name or logo on your listings except to describe official Tuble Maron products you are authorised to sell. Partner stores stay clearly marked “Sold by” their own name.

6. Contact

Send intellectual-property notices to the marketplace team at our El Talatiny Street office in Ismailia. Keep a copy. We aim to acknowledge complete notices within ten working days.
